I've been in your shoes more than once in my life. Due to multiple injuries, hectic work schedules, moving cross country and the globe with all the other crazy things life throws at you! I know how you feel to look in the mirror and say... "WTH happended to you? You were doing so well! I've left myself down again." What I want to convey is that it is ok to fall off track. Hopefully not too long for when we do that's when the real issues begin to occur. The Fact that you're here today on my site shows that you are noticing a difference and you want to learn how to stop it from getting worse.  I want to commend you for that.
